Rafter Engineering was established in 2017 to provide straightforward and simple packages of Structural Design to support Building Regulation Part-A Approvals for domestic properties in and around Surrey, either for existing alterations, extensions or new builds.
The service includes a free consultation on site to establish the brief and also most importantly to understand how the structure works!
Ian Rafter is a Chartered Engineering and a Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers since 2002.
In addition to general structural design, services also extend to; Structural Survey Reports (RICS Level 3 equivalent), CAD drawings including Plans and Elevations, 3D modelling to assist clients with visualisations and assessment and preservation of Heritage & Conservation projects
